Select -a-seat coming up question

We are looking to move down to a lower row (currently 60) to help out my parents who have trouble climbing the Rose Bowl steps.

Looking at some seats above the walkway. How many rows above the walkway do you need to be in order to not be blocked by people walking in front? Row 30 is the first row above the walkway.
