You can't connect these two dots. Certainly, the big winners in CFB now have big budgets. Ucla isn't one of them and won't be so long as Ucla is in control of the program.
The money spent at tOSU isn't directly causal of their record. By this reasoning a CFB team should be able to go undefeated forever at a given level of spending and the Yankees should win every WS.
Complaining about your revenues at these places is obscene. It's not a revenue problem. The deficit is administrative-political spending, as per usual.
