I thought it was a coup when UCLA hired such a longtime NFL OL coach. But there was an article a few weeks ago where a pro football scout minced no words in saying that Castillo was washed up as an NFL coach, indicating he was inflexible and coaching using 1990s standards. Specifically noted was Cadtillo’s thought that offensive linemen should bulk to the max.
