I was mistaken, he did get some quality snaps. Against Utah State. And against Wisconsin & Rutgers (no pass attempts).
So, that's all rolled into this FPI model? Along with "2 weeks of practice taking as the #1 QB. UCLA also doesn't have as much film to prepare for him." What about the OL? How is that factored in?

Well, they were a top 25 team going into the season...if they had a clue, why are they 4-5?

I didn't ask about betting lines. But I don't think your irrelevant point is generally true.
