Vermil is an excellent example of what you've mentioned, but you lose good assistants very quickly in college FB.
I want a coach who can ensure you consistently have an advantage on one side of the ball and one who is a good closer, both with boosters and recruits.
The problem with Foster is that he doesn't have the resume to attract great assistants, but he has a good DC currently and made sure he got paid.
He's done enough in the transfer portal to make me interested especially at QB. Kudos.
