Doing something "great" includes performance by the defense and special teams.

Our defense is a complete mystery. I think our kickers are a mystery, and .... as you note .... our OL is a .... mystery.

Do you think that UCLA is going to do something "great" this coming season?

I'd even define making the B10 play off as "great," anything less than that is not great.

And, to me, why go for a likely one-year rental QB if you're not going to win anything with him, no matter what? Why not build for the future?

I'm saying I'd rather we had kept Martyn and Davis and developed them, rather than where we ended up.
