Really stupid that Ucla didn't start this project as soon as spring football ended.

What happens with Ucla's "fan base" if Ucla loses the 1st game to Utah? Knowing how fair weather Ucla fan is, he's gonna bail and he's gonna declare the season a failure. After one game.
