ND sunned conference affiliation for decades hogging then huge
$25 million exclusive cash purses from NBC it did not have to share with other 
conference mates …nor did it have to cut up the lump sums paid for their bowl participations…
Not wanting to pay the price for conference benefits finally came home to roost.. …
