love coming, from their cold and/or sleepy home towns, once a decade or so, to UCLA's historical landmark of a "home" stadium? Going there frequently, repeatedly, is a different story. Lots of people will commit a full day to visit the Queen Mary, maybe as frequently as 2 or 3 times in a decade. But 6 or 7 times in a span of less than three months, and doing that year after year after year? The history ain't that compelling.
I don't advocate moving to SoFi (still nowhere near UCLA's campus), but the Rose Bowl is far, far from ideal.
