Every stadium in a major city has expensive seats, expensive parking, expensive food.
As fuzzy said, once you are in a car, it doesn't make that much difference in the distance. There won't be a flood of students going to SoFi. If they can't walk to the game (and walk back at halftime when the game stinks) they won't go.
Unless we are a bigtime winning program. Everyone in LA loves a winner.
Is it in the sun? Sometimes. This week it will be in the moonlight, and after that it is a moot point. We're in October. I find it funny that people think we need an enclosed stadium in Southern California.
Finally, is it too big? It wasn't in the 80's when I was in school. It also wasn't too far. If you win, people show up. If you don't, you get a 2/3 empty stadium. That's LA fans in a nutshell.
