A bunch of septuagenarians and 'ok boomer' types making policy on topics they know little about is bad governance, generally speaking. And they do that all the time.

I am reminded of the time when a Senator asked Mark Zuckerberg how Facebook (social media sites) make money and handle data privacy issues.
