Sometimes the gov't make it worse. Sometimes it helps.

I am sure this is not a perfect bill or even close.

However, we cannot have every decision by the NCAA end up in court. There have to be enforcable rules and the limited anti-trust exemption helps with that.

This bill isn't where we want to end up. However, the status quo is unsustainable. WIthout the anti-trust exemption, the lawsuits will get wilder and wilder.
