The SP has to pitch at least 5 innings in order to qualify. So why is Bonda the winning pitcher? Yes, he came into a very rough situation with 2 runners and no outs and held the Phillies scoreless, but the Dodgers were already leading when he stepped on the mound. Shouldn't it be "No Decision"?
