which is why the judge had originally stopped the deportation effort. If I'm not mistaken, the allegati9on was made by a fairly shady cop who has a few problematic facts about him, based on some tattoo or whatever.

So no, we don't know that he us MS13. Claims were made by questionable people. That's all we know for fact.
