Was reading about this waiting at the doctors office one theory is Trump thinks if the DOJ opens a new investigation of Epstein and say Clinton, that the Epstein files will be sealed again because it's part of an active investigation. SO he thinks by doing this, he can seal the documents so they won't get released while he's POTUS.
