If the process of the 25th amendment is invoked, one of the last steps after the prez is removed, is the prez himself says I'm better and I'm prez again. And then it takes another vote with both 2/3 of both houses and the VP, that have to say na uhh, he's nuts, And then the prez is finally removed. And remember this process starts with his cabinet saying the prez is cookooo.
BTW, during this process where the prez is saying I'm back. And congress is saying nope for about 4 days the prez is back, until congress gets the aforementioned proceedings going. Yikes, 4 days of unlimited power.
In my mind maga is too firmly established to get any 25th amendment stuff. However, another impeachment might be the way to go. It probably wont succeed but history will record the people tried to legally get him out of office 3 times.
