The diplomacy is doing nothing.
Ukraine will not give up territory Russia has not taken over as they have demanded.
Russia will not allow NATO peace keepers on their border.
Both are non-starters. They just keep Trump hopeful about a Nobel Prize so he's out of the way.
The only thing that matters is whether we are doing things to hurt the Russian war economy? Yes we are and we are making it worse and worse for Russia and those who support them.
Are we doing anything to help the Ukraine be more efficient with their limited resources? Yes we are.
Nothing else matters other than those 2 things.
When Mike Johnson blocked arms to Ukraine or Trump stopped intel flights, that was devastating to Ukraine and could have broke them.
That's not happening now but it is in Trump's power to do so. That's how you'll know if Putin is happy with Trump or not.
