Seems clear to me that she panicked when the first ICE guy came charging at her like a moronic thug and she was just trying to GTFO when the shooter happened to be in the path of her vehicle. She was driving towards him, but there's no reason to believe she was attempting to injure him ot that he was in any real danger. He's just clearly trigger happy/hungry.
Did Trump and his thugs really label her a domestic terrorist? Not that it needs repeating, but we are in a really bad place in this country.
