The ICE thug in front of her is filming on his phone for some sweet social media content.
The driver backs up and then turns to *avoid* hitting the ICE guy who was in front of her, and he just pulls his gun and shoots her in the head as she goes past him without making any contact at all.

Trump even claimed the murdered woman ran over the thug who murdered her, and that he was in the hospital and it was a miracle he had survived the vicious attack (his bullets hitting the woman in the head).
