1. Woman and her partner intentionally obstructs ICE operation with her large vehicle, which is illegal.
This is not a fact, it is a distortion. After the woman was gunned down, ICE alleged that she was obstructing ICE. Her partner was filming ICE in a public street. The street was not blocked by her vehicle -- as demonstrated by the van driving past the "large vehicle" 9 seconds prior to ICE murdering the woman.
4. Shooter ICE agent moves to front of vehicle to prevent woman from fleeing scene.
LOLOL that you think stands alone as a fact. You're inventing a motive. He was filming her on his phone. He was creating content. Notable that all your presumptions on motives are based on ICE's account of the encounter.
She appears to be attempting to flee the scene, which is illegal,
Another assumption or set of assumptions. If the vehicle is obstructing ICE (as you posit earlier) shouldn't she movie it? You characterize it as "fleeing the scene" which implies that some sort of crime has been committed. Talk about distorting facts...
2. Prior to the shooting, shooter ICE agent and woman’s partner are having a heated argument outside the vehicle with both pointing phone cameras at each other. It is clear tensions are high.
And??? Tensions were high because ICE descended on a neighborhood where those women lived, had what you call a heated argument and then shot a woman in the f*cking head. Talk about ignoring facts
3. Additional ICE agents pull up in their truck, get out and order victim out of her vehicle. Presumably they are going to arrest her for obstructing operation. She does not comply.
Presumably is carrying a lot of weight there and presumably ain't a fact. You're presumption is that she was obstructing their operation, also questionable. You're just acting as a stenographer for ICE's version and rationalization for their actions. Cops just don't get to stop and arrest people cuz reasons. WHat the f*ck is wrong with people?
7. Car lurches forward, striking the officer who is now at the front corner of the vehicle.
There is no video showing the car striking the ICE thug. If you think there is, post it.
her actions were reckless and could have resulted in serious injury or death of the ICE agent, particularly due to the icy conditions.
The only risk of serious injury or death was created by the guy who shot the driver of a moving vehicle in the head as she went past him.
9. Upon being struck ICE agent immediately fires a bullet through the front windshield. Photos widely circulating (also ignored by this board’s posters) show the bullet hole in front windshield.
You're ignoring the fact he fired multiple shots. And the video of him alongside the vehicle pointing his gun at the driver. (okay, so he got that later)
11. The ICE agent manages to keep his balance after being struck and is now at the front side of the vehicle.
LOLOL. Claiming that the ICE thug had some Crouching Tiger balancing skills to avoid the obvious conclusion that he wasn't hit is awesome. No distortion there!
The counter argument would be that a subsequent chase could endanger additional lives and she was breaking the law.
That doesn't qualify as a "counter argument" it is just laughably stupid. Also not clear what law, if any she was breaking, and you can't just shoot people because they "might" do something later.
In any case in a properly functioning society, this event would be discussed with consideration of all the above listed facts.
This clown should please go fuck himself. It a properly functioning society, the President wouldn't be a convicted felon sending swarms of ICE thugs to terrorize neighborhoods, wouldn't be hassling soccer moms for filming them or observing their conduct, and wouldn't be trying to arrest people because they don't like them, and shouldn't be shooting women in the head for failing to obey every bullsh!t command.
And a properly functioning society wouldn't have clowns like DC demanding that the debate be framed by the Trump regime's chosen false narratives.
