The ballroom is a scam?

New reporting says construction has essentially stopped, for awhile now. It's not weather related and there's no obvious reason or explanation.

But the general feeling is, Trump pocketed the 400 million he extorted from businesses, tore down the East Wing and it's now unlikely anything will be built before he's gone. He just grifted around 400 million and the next person will have to pay with taxpayer money to build something there.
