he's planning to put up. It's easier to rebuild what was there to demolish his crap first and then rebuild.
It could stay there, like, throughout his term, a reminder to his voters what they did to America by putting a two but dictator wannabe in charge.
In reality, I think they're trying to figure out how to build that bunker secretly in plain sight. Maybe they didn't think that one through. Or maybe they're doing that secretly. If construction resumes in a couple of months while they keep charging the government for construction and we see that grotesque piece of crap being erected, then we'll know.
