None of the previous Attorneys General really looked into the story and all of the other people involved.

While the Trump administration's handling of this has been horrible, it is fair to ask why no one looked into this seriously for decades.

They collected a ton of information, but no one seems to have seriously investigaged guys like Wexner.

None of this excuses the Trump, Biondi, and company, but Lots of other people either dropped the ball, were bought off, or were too afraid to take on powerful people.

There's a decades-long scandal here.
