Thanks for the recommendations. If you haven't seen the films I mentioned, I highly recommend you do. "Children of Heaven" is terrific, and IMHO "The Color of Paradise" is even better. There is a sequence early in Color of Paradise involving the boy and a bird that is so beautiful and mesmerizing that I will never forget it.
