There's some speculation in the news that leaders from other countries are reaching out to US contracts trying to pressure us to invoke the 25th so it's not far fetched that Rubio might be one of them.
I do agree though anybody doing it would immediately have a target on their head and millions of psycho Trump supporters willing to be the assassin
