You mention that Ukraine has targeted oil infrastucture in their strikes behind the lines. They have also targeted military targets, weapons production and storage, and transportation.
Russia has emphasized a lot of civilian targets behind the lines.
While Russia has tried to demoralize the Ukranian population, Ukraine has tried to damamge the Russian war-fighting ability and the economy. This seems like the smarter strategy.
FWIW, Urkraine has developed some real long-range drones. They have been striking targets over 1,100 miles into Russia.
