To rebuild. But unlike the famous claim by Trump that we sent pallets of cash to Iran from Obama and all the DC banks ran out of cash, Trump and Hegseth will be in control of handing out the money to Iran. I'm sure we can trust them to give all the money to Iran and not skim off the top.

Oh btw, Obama "gave" them 1.7 billion of their own money, Trump wants to give them 176 times that much, in taxpayer money to repay damage he caused
