I understand that significantly relaxing the offside rule would make defending more difficult, but maybe it needs to be a tad more difficult? I don't think the game would harm the game to increase the number of goals on average just a notch. Especially in this age of low block that creates near unpenetrable defenses.
I donb't watch the pre-, mid-, or post- game shows all that much but based on whatever I've seen Rebecca Lowe's homerism is more restrained than the rest. It's like she's being a professional or something. :) (Just my impression.)
