Trump guts FEC commission ahead of midterms

There were only 3 commissioners left because of Trump, he fired 2 and the lone remaining Republican resigned under pressure.

Among the things the FEC commission does, certifies the vote by mail ballots. So you can see the plan here not rocket science, you can't legally vote by mail because the ballots are not certified because there's no FEC commission
