The Court did so in a per curiam order with no opinion on the merits (which is craven and typical for this Court) but it does not resolve the underlying legal challenges in other cases, some of which are more advanced procedurally.
So what it means isn’t clear yet. I don’t have much confidence in the cowardly compromised authoritarian creatures who constitute the Court majority, but it’s not done yet, to quote Declan Rice.
