A day after lifting her own stay, Talwani has issued a new injunction that temporarily blocks Trumps plan to block mail in voting
Her new order issues a 14 day block and in the 11 page order it says there is absolutely zero evidence of actual fraud and that if the order were instituted there's substantial risk lots of legitimate voters will be disenfranchised so close to the election it could be a disaster.
She scheduled a new hearing for Sep 3 at which she wants the admin to produce evidence of voter fraud.
