That's the next obvious concern if they have somehow decided to deport my dad, now has has kids 3 of whom were born to 2 parents on green cards and 2 of those 3 have dual citizenship in NZ. Trump of course has been making dual citizens jump through hoops too they want DZ holders to denounce their non US Citizenship
Oregon is one of the 22 states who sued so I am hopeful this is either just a formality or my dad will be helped by the lawsuit but as I said an actual immigration attorney said she's concerned based on the timing.
