to alleviate the financial burden posed by student debt? Should we even be concerned about alleviating the burden in the first place?

If most debt/banking based corporations are Delaware based, inserting "Delaware" there is kinda redundant. right? So maybe the issue is the hold large corporations have on how the US government operates.
