in Washington DC and Georgia. What about in those cases? Should he not be tried in those as well?

(I'm not touching the "novelty" question in the Manhattan case simply because (a) not qualified to discuss what's novel or not,and (b) when you have someone like Trump, whose crimes are quite novel to begin with, which may require a novel approach in the first place, which feels like a whole separate topic of discussion.)
