In almost every instance he issues favorable rulings for the prosecution unless it’s so one sided he has to rule against them. For example, he’s allowing the prosecution to use the transcript of the access Hollywood tape. How in the world is Trump’s “grab them by the pu$$y” conversation relevant to a falsification of business records case? There is no way whatever far fetched relevance argument the prosecution made would outweigh the prejudicial effect of its inclusion. In the Trump Org case he didn’t even allow the defense to make a selective prosecution argument. The judge also denied change of venue which is clearly warranted here. His gag order is also absurd given Michael Cohen is on tv selling his new side of the story and Trump isn’t event allowed to respond. These are just a few examples. The list is immense.

That’s not even touching the issue of his daughter’s company making tens of millions of dollars from Democratic campaigns.
