That discard comes in handy. I picked up some recipes from the site linked below. I make my own english muffins, sometimes pancake, my wife does the chocolate cake occasionally so that all turns into its own sourdough engine.
Maybe someday I'll get one of those ooni ovens and start making pizza too.
