And don't forget despite the GOP claiming the opposite to be true, one of the reasons they took the house is that Trump gummed up the census leading to changes that benefitted the Republicans.
I saw an estimate today it probably cost the Dems as many as 12 seats.
Right now the GOP has 2 person majority in the House due to people leaving or taking Trump admin spots. They literally can't have 3 people take a vacation or get sick if they want to pass legislation.
3 of the GOP won races, and 2 of the Dem ones, are so close they will have recounts. Nobody expects the recounts to flip but it again shows how close this was and how those Dems that stayed home screwed us all
