Has our society grown so un-balanced that some people think violence is their only recourse?
Was the murder of the CEO of United Healthcare an act of revenge? Right now, it kinda seems that way.
So….
How many people feel helpless against an unfair system that enriches the few and impoverishes the many? How many have access to guns, and the will to use them?
Are we on the verge of a new movement - “Kill the rich!” ?
Although I disapprove of violence, I've been expecting a KTR movement to arise.
As Chris Rock said about OJ Simpson (I'm writing this from memory, I probably have few words wrong, but the point is still there): "I'm not saying I approve.... I'm saying I understand."
