With the state of college basketball as it is, there is no guarantee that anyone will be back next year. If a player is playing too well, some other school might try to poach him. If a player isn't meeting expectations, he may be encouraged to look elsewhere.
There is a reasonable chance that we will have no returning starters next season. Three graduate, Booker needs to go somewhere else and Dailey might not be happy with his role here. Cronin needs to hit the transfer portal hard and get a completely new team of experienced players who fit his coaching philosophy.
