From some seats everything looks rosy. From others the game is being lambasted. I can't tell you how many ex players and coaches I know who don't watch the NBA anymore. Money, for the most part, is responsible. College is rapidly following that model. There's nothing wrong with money or popularity but it can come at a price. Popularity can be a doubled edged sword.
