I wonder about how the money works.

UCLA had a lot of money to offer to Tounde. Is that money sitting in a Men of Westwood account, or is there a donor who has promised the money, but still holding on to it?

When Tounde doesn't come, does the donor get the money back or hold on to it? Or does the collective hold on to it for future recruitments?

Is the money somehow allocated for a particular player? Does it go away if he doesn't commit? Or does the program still keep the money.
