Cronin keeps saying it's cheaper to retain players then going out and getting transfers. Also, since they never enter the portal how would they know what other coaches would offer? Occam's razor I believe applies here - the most obvious answer is they wanted to stay and that's why they stayed. I know it's hard for some to admit, but the evidence is pointing to the fact that players like playing for Cronin.
