Would have been far better than having to fire one sh!t sandwich after another. It's not like Utah fell apart after Meyer left. Florida was already on a down swing at the end of his tenure there and has been up and down since.
And I suspect Indiana will be just fine when Cignetti moves on to something bigger.
Talent is always in demand, and as we have seen over and over again at UCLA, there are worse problems than having other schools coveting your coaches.
