And we've been changing coaches right and left since Toledo bombed out. Sure, Mora did well for a while, but other than that? Were they all bad? What kind of a streak is this that we keep landing bad coaches one after the other?
How sure are we that we're one good coach away from being a good team or that any of these coaches would've made a difference. Maybe it wouldn't have. Maybe Urban Meyer or Jedd Fisch would've bombed out at UCLA like the other ones did and we would've been having this exact conversation about some other coach we didn't hire.
I don't think I'm all in on the "one good hire away" assessment of where we are.
