he will very clearly be outclassed across the board. This is B1G football, not some lower division, community college game.
In fact, JN managed to hang in there despite multiple regime changes because he was lower down in the ladder. Now that he's an OC, he will have to go somewhere else once a new team arrives, so this will be disadvantageous for him in the long run as well
We will close this season with 0 wins and no bright spots at all (maybe the kicker?).
