Change of possession and the game is immediately over.

In college football overtime, an interception immediately ends the offensive team's possession. The intercepting team takes over at the 25-yard line (or wherever the play ends if returned, though often they kneel immediately), and the previous offense's possession is over. If the turnover happens, the defending team can win on their ensuing possession.
Key Overtime Possession & Turnover Rules:
Turnovers: If a pass is intercepted, or a fumble is lost, the possession ends immediately.
End of Possession: A team's possession also ends if they score or fail to make a first down.
Overtime Flow: Each team gets one possession starting from the opponent's 25-yard line in the first and second overtimes.
2-Point Rule: Starting in the second overtime, teams must attempt a 2-point conversion after touchdowns.
3rd Overtime and Beyond: Starting in the third overtime, teams alternate 2-point conversion plays instead of starting drives.
Return Attempts: If the defense intercepts the ball and returns it for a touchdown, the game ends.
If a team throws an interception on their first drive of overtime, the opposing team starts their possession with a chance to win the game with a field goal or touchdown.
