convince the judges that he didn't run two consecutive terms. The 22nd Amendment doesn't say that. It just says you can't be President more than two terms period.

But with the Supreme court in his butthole, you never know.

It would be hard to rig an election for himself if he is not on the ballot. Only 27% of republicans think a President should have a third term. And 27% is still ridiculously high but not enough to get enough people in his corner.
