and that may be worse. What happens when all those LV workers can't pay their rents? The foreign owners and REIT's probably dump the titles to some other corporate interest that specializes in that flavor of vulture capitalism and LV becomes a ghost town.
If I lived there now it'd be tempting to cash in the house and head to Lake Tahoe or Palm Springs or Colorado. Good luck.
