Depends on what model you want

I haven't traveled a ton but I have a lot of friends and family abroad. My sense of it is that in Europe there's decent, low cost public healthcare available but it's hard to navigate and frustrating (from our American perspective.)

In Asia and Central/South America, I get the sense that real public healthcare is pretty much non existent for the masses, but world class stuff is available for the rich people. That's the feedback I hear anyway.

The US is clearly moving to that latter model, to the surprise of no one.

Let them eat cake!
