Mark Kelly has been talking about it too he said his concern is he's not sure there are enough honest Republicans to block the plan by simply refusing to play along. You have to assume the GOP would be smart enough to only "challenge" seats where the Republican candidate is a sycophant who will go along with the claim of fraud they're not going to pick seats where their candidate is going to be honest. So the question he said is if the Dems win how many seats do the Republicans need to challenge and are there enough morally corrupt Republicans to cover those. Which is why he said the most important thing for Dems to do is get out and vote
We don't want to win by 1 seat or 5 seats we want to be 25-30 seats ahead so they have that many Republicans willing to go along with the claim they actually won and were robbed by fraud
If enough Republicans had ethics it would never get to the point where they can just refuse to seat the Dems, because the republican would be reusing to go along with it.
